Christmas Time Is Here

Well, it's official! I usually think it's Christmas time the day after Thanksgiving, but we made it official last weekend by having our first little Christmas get together and gift exchange. Then the snow this week just topped everything off. We try to get together every year around Christmas time with our friends to do dinner, go ice skating and exchange gifts. This year was a lot of fun 'cause all of our friends could come. We ate at Bonsai which was really good, then went ice skating at the Gallivans center. Not everyone wanted to go skating, so Ty, Whitney and Jordan watched our sleeping Sara while Ryan and I and everyone else hit the ice. Don't worry, she was plenty warm in her booties, long pants and shirt, big puffy coat, mittens and beanie. Plus she had on her blanket and was in her car seat, covered in her stroller. She woke up right when we were done, and because she was so tired, couldn't decide if she wanted to be happy or sad. Then we headed back to eat some sugar cookies Ryan made, play some games, and exchange white elephants and gifts. It was a pretty fun way to start off the holiday season.
