Fun Filled Weekend

This last weekend was another busy one . . . My friend Teisha and I threw a Bachelorette Party for our friend Lindsey Friday night. We had one of those "Slumber Parties" which was a lot of fun. (Teisha, Lindsey and Me) Saturday was my 'friends baby shower' thrown by Melissa which was so awesome! She had all sorts of good food, treats, and these cute party favors. It was so much fun to see all my friends. I used to see them every day either at school or work and now I hardly ever see them :( That's why I'm glad we have blogging so we can still keep in touch! I got so many great gifts like diaper cakes, diapers, a home made blanket/quilt, some baby clothes, diaper genies, toys, some pictures, a booster seat and feeding supplies. I know a lot of people think it is so silly that I'm not finding out what I'm having- but it's nice getting all these necessities instead of just clothes. I mean, most the stuff I've been getting for my showers are things I really need and can even use for more babies to come! Besides, Ryan and I thought it'd be fun to have at least one surprise when our baby is born. I just wanted to say thanks to Melissa Elder for throwing me such a fun shower and to everyone who came. It really does mean so much to me and I really do love all of your gifts! I forgot to get a picture of everyone together :( but here is a picture of all of my most recent friends. We all became friends because of Ryan and his friends. Come to think of it- I'd only have 2 friends at my shower if it weren't for Ryan. Thanks hon for making me all these awesome new friends!

Melissa H, McCall, Whitney, Melissa E, Nekell, and Me!After the shower Cathie and I headed up to Bear Lake to join the rest of the fam who was already up there. It was fun having them up for the weekend, we spent some time at the beach, the guys wen golfing, and of course hit up Lakeside Pizza for dinner. I didn't really get any pictures of the fam either. Thanks for coming up though, that really was a blast!
