This girl is a crazy one! There's something about her that isn't quite like oth
er one year olds. For starters, she's fearless. I mean ever since she was really little she's loved hanging upside down, or getting thrown in the air. She's loved swinging, horsey rides, and slides. So far- we haven't found anything she's afraid of.

Ever since she could crawl she loved crawling over anything she could find. A pillow, a pile of shoes, or if Ryan was laying on the floor with her she would just climb back and forth back and forth over him. The day she learned to crawl, she could also fly up the stairs super fast. Then one day I came out of the bathroom and found her like this.

She had climbed up onto the fireplace. She's usually standing up- and is always so proud of herself. Me, not so much. Then she started crawling inside anything she could find. Like a drawer or her toy basket.

Now she thinks it's cool to climb up on top of her toys. She has a couple toys that she's supposed to stand up next to and play with but she likes to stand on top of them instead. She was so proud of herself when she finally made it on top of this toy.

Then I've failed to get a picture yet, but she has this little scooter that she likes to ride around on and her new thing is standing on top of it. She is seriously such a wild one! Now as far as looks go, she got pretty much everything from her Dad but- I'm guess this is one th
ing he didn't pass down. He is afraid of hights and doesn't like anything wild or crazy like roller coasters or
rides. Me on the other hand, I love 'em! Apparantly so does Sara.

Another thing that's a little different about this 12 month old is her desire to be independent. If that makes any sense. Like when she first started to walk, most kids like to hold on to your fingers for a little help. Not Sara, she would get so mad if you'd try and help her she'd just push your hands off. She also just loves playing by herself, she doesn't like it when people get in her face or try to be nice, she just likes to be left alone. Which I guess is another thing she possibly got from me... Sorry Sara. My parents said I would just hibernate in my room for hours- which I would, it really was like my favorite place ever and I really do love my alone time.
She also loves swimming, outdoors, animals, and her Dad. All things I love. So, although she got pretty much every look from Ryan- it seems she got a few things from me.
