friends

I've had some time to spend with a few friends this last month. Here are some fun times I want to remember...After Christmas I got together with my friends Lindsey, Lisa and Teisha from high school for a little Christmas get together and gift exchange. It was a lot of fun 'cause Lisa was in town from Washington and I haven't seen her since September. It was even more fun 'cause she and I are both preg- so our whole conversation at dinner pretty much consisted of baby talk. I'm due in June and she's due in July so they'll be close. So fun! Then we celebrated the New Year with our friends Kelly, Melissa, Craig and Nekell. They all came up to our house for some dinner, games, and bubbly!Craig's wife Nekell, who has become a really good friend, is also pregnant. She's due next month so that will be fun to have kids together that will be in the same grade.

So, technically this is my cousin, Heather- but we're so close I feel more like friends. She just had her second baby in December and after seeing her cute pics on facebook, I just had to go and see her in person. Her baby Natalie is the cutest little thing ever!
Then I feel so bad I missed Nekell's baby shower because of one of our winter storms. She lives in Riverton so there was just no way I was making it- people were struggling to even make it out of our street! So, Melissa and I thought we'd take her out for a little baby dinner instead. It was fun to just go out with the girls even though it became quite the ordeal with the guys- lol We went back to her house to see her cute baby room and all her fun baby stuff. Then I just had to post this pic of Sara with her friends. Some YW advisors came over to my house in December so we could all plan a good, fun Christmas lesson for the girls. Well they both have girls around Sara's age and Sara just loves them. They all snuggled up on this bean bag together and I thought it was so cute. The one in the middle- her name is Brielle, and her mom, Melissa, is actually pregnant too! We were due a day apart- but her doctor keeps switching up the date on her so who knows! I guess I should have titled this post "friends and babies"! It's fun 'cause I've never been pregnant alone. It's either been with a friend, cousin, sister, sister-in-law or all four at the same time! I guess I get pregnant so often I'm just bound to be pregnant with someone!

...and since we're on the subject of babies. Ryan and I are going to find out what we're having on Tuesday! I'm actually really excited- it will be fun since we didn't find out with the first two to kind of change it up and find out early with this one. What do you think?? Boy or Girl?
