Sara's Birthday Celebrations!

This month as been quite crazy with two holidays, two birthdays, YW girls camp anda ll the other fun things that come with summer; like swimming, Lagoon, rodeos and more birthdays! So, I want to try andblog it all- but it might take more than a few posts.I can't believe Sara is 2!! I honestly feel like we were celebrating her first birthday yesterday. So crazy!!! So, since her birthday falls the day before pioneer day we always seem to be out of town for the 23rd. So, this year we had a little birthday celebration for Sara with Ryan's family before we left for Bear Lake. She was so excited for her birthday. Most 2 year olds don't really understand, and she probably wouldn't have if I hadn't been having her watch her favorite TV shows that kind of explained birthdays. It was pretty cute though 'cause we'd say "Happy Birthday Sara!" and she'd respond with "Happy door-day Daddy! She loved openening her presents from Grammy and Papa and she definitely got spoiled! She got lots of coloring books, crayons, stickers, and toys. She couldn't wait two seconds before opening a book to start coloring. I really do love this girl so much!! She is such a little sweet heart......most of the time! She definitely has her moments of terrible twos! But overall she really is quite an easy child. So is this cute little thing!I know I'm posting about Sara's birthday celebrations, but we can't very well have a post without a cute picture of her little sister! Della was loving the wrapping paper and ribbon.
So, we always go to Bear Lake for the 24th and since my niece Amiya's birthday was on the 22nd and Sara's was on the 23rd we thought we'd celebrate both of theirs on the 24th together! We made them a little cake to share and had them open presents. Sara got spoiled once again with lots of presents from Mimi and Pop and her aunts, uncles, and cousins. Then we also let her open her gifts from us as well. It really is so much fun having this girl around. I love her more than words can describe. She is such a sweet heart to her little sister and loves her family so much. Hope you had a Happy Birthday Sara! We love you!!!

Oh my, Tori! How could I forget that horrifying moment. It still haunts me to this very day. The bruises, the scraps, the busted 4-wheeler. Good times...

On another note, I LOVE Sara's birthday cake, that was darling! Your family is so dang cute, I can't believe how big your girls are getting.

Thanks again Tor for bringing up stuff for the girls birthday! That was so fun! I'm so glad that the girls birthdays are just a day apart! It will be so fun when they get a little older!
