Sometimes I wonder if I'm one of those people other people get annoyed of, always talking about how happy I am and how much I have to be thankful for- thinking to themselves "No one's life is that perfect" Well, I'm sorry but I honestly haven't been able to find anything to complain about lately. Days go by where I really don't know if I could be happier. Then a new week comes and I feel even more happy and more content than I did the week before. I really feel so incredibly blessed and I have so so much to be thankful for, and I really am. Thankful.
I'm thankful for my family.
For our health and hapiness.
For the love that we all have for each other.
For the home we have to live in.
For the food we have to eat.
For the love and support we have from extended family.
For the gospel we have to live in.
For the covenants that seal us for eternity.
This Thanksgiving Ryan and I packed up the girls and headed to Vegas to spend Thanksgiving with his entire family. This has never happened before that I know of, so we didn't want to miss out! It was so fun having the whole family there and I must say they all did a fabulous job of cooking up the Thanksgiving meal. Here they are slaving away in the kitchen...
It really was so delish! As we all sat around the table stuffing our faces there was more than one comment about how it was the best Thanksgiving meal ever! I must say, Ryan and I couldn't disagree. It really was SO good! So, good that I made myself another plate just a few hours later.
Here we are, just missing Ryan and Riley (who were still dishing up) Stacie (who was taking the picture) and the kids of course are at the kids table. I really do look forward to Thanksgiving so much because I love eating such a delicious meal. If only we could eat like this all the time, it's the best! I also love it 'cause it really makes me reflect and think of all the things I have to be thankful for. I really could go on and on and on but I know no one wants to hear it. So, I just mentioned a few at the beginning of the post.
I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving 'cause we sure did! Now, on to Christmas!
